Agreement to the Terms of Use
Please carefully review these Terms of Use before using our website. If you disagree with any part of these terms of use, you should not use any of the products or services on the website and should leave immediately.

You accept full responsibility for any claims, expenses, liabilities, losses, and costs, including legal fees, incurred by us as a result of any breach of these terms of use.
Modification
We – VietnamTouristServices.com reserves the right to amend any part of this agreement without prior notice, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these changes. We recommend users regularly review the Terms of Use.
We have full discretion to alter or remove any part of this site at any time, without prior warning or liability for such actions.
Cancellations and Refunds
Once you have submitted your Visa services application and made the payment, we do not allow cancellations. As soon as the application is submitted, it enters “Processing” status immediately and cannot be canceled.
1. Refund Eligibility
The following cases are eligible for a 100% service fee refund (excluding fees imposed by the Vietnamese government and any online payment gateway fees, if applicable):
- Your eVisa application is rejected for any reason.
- The eVisa contains incorrect information and cannot be used for entry.
2. Cases of Non-Refunds
In the Terms of Use, check the section on Non-Refundable Cases here:
- Non-refundable System Fee: If a customer is denied entry and does not receive a visa result, we cannot refund the system fee that has already been paid.
- Application Filing Fee: Customers will be charged a $2 application filing fee.
- Service Charge Refund: The service charge will be refunded to the customer’s account as soon as possible.
– Changes to Visa Requirements After Submission
- Contact Support: After submitting the visa application and paying the full visa fee, if you need to make changes to your visa requirements, please contact our support team for guidance and timely assistance.
- Support Process: The support team will guide you through the necessary steps to change your visa requirements and inform you of any additional fees (if applicable).

Processing Time and Completion of Services
The processing time for arranging a pre-approved letter through Vietnam Visa Center is based on the timeframes provided by the Vietnam Immigration Department under normal circumstances, typically ranging from 1 to 5 working days.
The processing time starts from the next business day after you have made the payment and notified us with your payment receipt. The Vietnam Immigration Department may request additional documents and has the discretion to delay or deny processing without further explanation.
Our service is considered complete once your e-visa is sent to the email address you provided during the application process. If you do not receive the e-visa on time, you are required to notify us. If we do not receive an email from you informing us that the e-visa has not been received within 7 days, the service is deemed to be completed.
We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect email addresses provided by applicants or if applicants do not notify us by email that the e-visa has not been received.
Working Hours
The working hours in Vietnam are from 8:00 – 22:00 Vietnam time (GMT +7) on weekdays (closed on weekends and Vietnamese holidays)
Incorrect Information
The information provided by customers will be applied exactly as submitted. However, immigration officers may occasionally make errors. We advise you to carefully check the details on your e-visa.
If you find any mistakes, please inform us immediately by email. If we do not receive an email requesting corrections within 7 days from the time, we send out your e-visa, we are not responsible for any application rejections, denied entries, or losses incurred.
Disclaimers
We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or cancellation of your flight, tour, or accommodation booking in the event that your visa application or entry is declined.
While e-visa processing typically takes 3-7 working days, unforeseen problems can cause delays. Therefore, we strongly recommend applying for your Vietnam visa at least 1-2 weeks in advance of your travel date to avoid potential issues.
